Takeaways

Working on this project taught me the power of simplicity. Initially, I added unnecessary pages, assuming users needed more features. User research revealed their primary goal which is subscribing to farm fresh milk delivery so I streamlined the flow, removing distractions. This experience reinforced the importance of user-centered design and iterative refinement in creating clear, efficient experiences. While the design is functional, there’s always room for further refinement over time.
